Fuel Cost Adjustment to Monthly Rates

TVA instituted a Fuel Cost Adjustment (FCA) effective October 1, 2006. The energy component of the firm rates will be ajusted in the monthly bill by the FCA. TVA recalculates the FCA each quarter and it can add or subtract to the firm rate.
